Description:A typical day on the job would entail:- This person will oversee the sales within the spare parts business- Customer service would be a main part of the role as well as handling customers questions/concerns- Re-engaging with past customers to understand if the customer has a need for more product and pass on the sales leads to the sales reps in the field. If there are sales leads within the spare parts business, then this person would handle those sales with the customer- Work with field sales reps on customer needs for spare parts- Work with sales team and leadership to train and understand the technical aspect of the role and productsWhat are the main responsibilities?- Responsible for the sales budget for the spare parts business.- Prepares and sends quotes for all spare parts.- Enters all purchase orders into the system.- Facilitates communication between the sales team and other departments.- Review and disseminate email and telephone inquiries to appropriate sales personnel or agents.- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive- communication.- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.- To comply with the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard under his/her responsibility and authority.- To contribute to the effectiveness of the quality management system and its continuous improvement.- Perform other duties as assigned.Hours:Monday through Friday8am to 5pmAbout Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
